Those with teaching certifications and experience are considered before those who do not possess them. Foreign teachers will be responsible for teaching one or two Native Speaker Program classes.

These classes consist of up to 35 students and receive four to five contact hours per week. Teachers will also be responsible for co-teaching multiple classrooms (within the same level as their Native Speaker Program class) of 50 students, two hours per week. A total teaching load will consist of roughly 18 hours per week (between both Native Speaker Program and non-Native Speaker Program classes).

The NP Program has five NP Coordinator positions, who are also foreign teachers. The NP Coordinators assist in the building of the NP Program and allow for a more professional environment by helping with processes and feedback.

Syllabi, lesson plans, curriculum and teaching objectives are prepared before class / term and submitted to coordinators. This allows the program to monitor its success and build upon the program each year.
