Hello everyone!

My name is Molly Ryan and this is my first year at Dara Academy teaching Prathom  1 and Prathom 3. I’m very excited to be here and I look forward to meeting all of my new students!

I come from a small town called DeWitt, Iowa in the United States of America. I attended the University of Iowa, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology. Last year, I moved to Thailand and have been teaching English in Chiang Mai for 7 months. In the past, I’ve taken on other educational roles, including volunteer teaching positions and mentorships at schools and community centers.

I’m very happy to be working with such a supportive community here at Dara, and I hope to bring that environment into the classroom. I can’t wait to see my students learn and grow together this year!
