Hello parents, teachers and students! My name is Gina Serra and I am delighted to be teaching Anuban 1 this year at Dara Academy.

Although this will be my first year teaching at Dara, I have previous experience teaching Anuban, as well as Prathom, in Esan. I am thrilled to have the amazing opportunity to teach at Dara Academy and live in my favorite city in Thailand!

I am from New Jersey in the United States of America, and graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in English.

Before moving to Thailand, I worked in New York City as a public relations professional, but always wondered what it would be like to be a teacher, as I very much enjoyed working with children all throughout high school and university. The best decision I ever made was following my dream of teaching and I feel very lucky that I get to pursue my passion at Dara Academy here in Chiang Mai with all of you!
